  • Be of legal age in your province or have guardian consent
  • Have the capacity to provide informed consent

The practice reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when appropriate.

5. No Therapeutic Relationship Through Website Use

Viewing this website, sending an email, or submitting a contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship.
A therapeutic relationship is established only after:

  • An intake appointment
  • Informed consent
  • Agreement to treatment

6. Tele-health Services

If services are provided virtually, you acknowledge:

Tele-health is governed by the same confidentiality rules as in-person sessions.

  • Understanding their insurance coverage (if applicable)

  • Cancellation and no show policies apply and may include fees

Confidentiality is governed by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and other applicable Canadian laws.
Your Personal Health Information (PHI) is protected according to the clinic’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Limits of confidentiality include:
